Last updated: August 17, 2026
This policy explains how Isabella Tech (“Isabella Tech”, “Monday Flight”, “we”) handles information related to this website, contact requests and pilot tests of the WhatsApp integration service.
1. Controller and contact
The data controller is Isabella Tech, S.L., a Spanish limited liability company with tax identification number B93732469 and registered address at Calle Uranio 30, 29603 Marbella (Málaga), Spain. For privacy or data protection questions, write to info@mondayflight.com. Monday Flight is an independent technical tool and is not owned, sponsored or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp.
2. Service scope
Monday Flight is currently in pilot testing. It may receive messages and events from the WhatsApp Cloud API, transform them into a structured format and deliver them to a CRM, automation or API configured by the user. We do not use the service to sell personal data or create advertising profiles.
3. Information we may process
We may process information you send when contacting us, such as your name, email address, company, phone number and enquiry. During a pilot, the service may receive WhatsApp identifiers, phone numbers, messages, timestamps, delivery statuses, tags and other metadata needed to authenticate, log, normalize and route an event.
Message content may include personal data relating to other people. The client or user configuring the integration is responsible for ensuring that they have the required legal basis and authorizations to send that information to the service.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to answer requests and prepare a pilot, operate and maintain the requested integration, deliver events to an authorized destination, diagnose errors, protect service security and comply with legal obligations.
The legal basis may be taking steps at the user’s request or performing a requested service, consent or authorization where required, our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functioning service, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Client instructions and providers
When Monday Flight processes data received through a business account, it does so to provide the requested service and according to the client’s instructions, with the client determining the integration’s destination and purpose. We may use technical providers for hosting, infrastructure, monitoring, email and automation only as needed to operate the service. Those providers must process information according to their role and applicable obligations.
The integration also depends on third-party services, including the WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta and the destination chosen by the client. Each third party may apply its own terms and privacy policies.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to answer a request, run a pilot, resolve incidents, maintain technical records and comply with legal obligations. During a pilot, we aim to retain messages and events only for the time reasonably needed for testing and verification.
You can request deletion through this page. We may retain minimal information when needed to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a claim, prevent abuse or demonstrate that a request was handled.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If we identify an incident that must be reported under applicable law, we will act accordingly.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable by writing to info@mondayflight.com. You may also withdraw consent when processing is based on consent and complain to the competent data protection authority.
9. Children
The service is intended for businesses and professional teams. We do not knowingly request information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The current version will be published at this URL with its update date.
