Terms of
use.
Last updated: August 17, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of Monday Flight, an independent technical tool that receives, normalizes and delivers events from WhatsApp and other authorized sources. The service is provided by Isabella Tech, S.L., a Spanish limited liability company with tax identification number B93732469 and registered address at Calle Uranio 30, 29603 Marbella (Málaga), Spain. By requesting or using a pilot, you accept these terms.
1. Service and pilot phase
Monday Flight connects conversations with workflows, automations, CRMs and endpoints configured by the client. The service is currently in pilot testing and may change, be limited, interrupted or withdrawn while it is being validated.
Information, examples and visualizations on this website are descriptive and do not promise a particular level of availability, volume, functionality or result. Commercial terms or the specific scope of a contracted service will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement where applicable.
2. Accounts, credentials and authorization
The client must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and ensure that they are authorized to use the Meta or WhatsApp Business account, phone number, content and connected destinations. Do not share tokens, secrets, certificates or credentials with unauthorized people.
3. Data and client responsibility
The client keeps its content and decides which messages, events and destinations to connect. The client is responsible for informing the people it communicates with, obtaining any required consent or legal basis and complying with applicable data protection, consumer, communications and record-retention obligations.
Monday Flight should only be used with data and content for which the client has sufficient rights and authorization. The client should review configured destinations and avoid sending data that is not necessary for the intended flow.
4. WhatsApp, Meta and third-party services
Use of the WhatsApp Cloud API and any Meta asset is subject to Meta, WhatsApp and provider terms, policies and limits. The client must comply with them, including rules about consent, messaging, templates, spam, privacy, security and acceptable use.
Monday Flight is not Meta or WhatsApp and does not represent, certify or claim to be endorsed by them. Service availability may be affected by changes, limits, reviews, suspensions or interruptions by third parties.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, unsolicited content, unauthorized processing of data, malware distribution, infringement of third-party rights or any use that breaches law or the policies of Meta, WhatsApp or a connected destination.
6. Integrations and destinations
The client is responsible for configuring, reviewing and maintaining its CRMs, automations, APIs and other destinations. Monday Flight does not control decisions, responses or actions taken by a destination from an event. Test flows before using them for sensitive or automated operations.
7. Intellectual property
Isabella Tech retains rights in Monday Flight, its software, documentation, design and brand. The client retains its data and content. Each party grants only the licenses or permissions needed to provide the requested service.
8. Security and confidentiality
Each party must apply reasonable measures to protect credentials, messages, events and data. The client must notify us of any unauthorized access or misuse it becomes aware of. Do not include secrets or highly sensitive information in a pilot unless strictly necessary and authorized.
9. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or terminate a pilot or access if there is a security risk, breach of these terms, breach of third-party policies, unlawful use or a request from an authority. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and the steps to resolve it.
10. Availability and liability
The pilot service is provided as available and without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for failures of WhatsApp, Meta, hosting providers, networks, APIs, CRMs, automations or external destinations, or for decisions made automatically by those systems.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted.
11. Changes
We may modify these terms when the service, law or third-party policies change. The current version will be published at this URL. If you continue using the service after an update, you accept the modified terms to the extent permitted by law.
12. Contact and applicable law
For questions about these terms or a pilot, write to info@mondayflight.com. These terms are interpreted under Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory rules and rights that apply by law.
